Peterson backstops Vudoos to Win

The Hooligans scored first, Joe Hutchison unassisted, but James Woods-Corwin would go on a breakaway which was stopped by James Coughlin. The rebound would go right back to Woods-Corwin, who scored, then a goal by Will "The Wild Card" Dimock and John Rosalie did as well for a two goal Vudoos lead. Vudoos goalie Pete Peterson proved tough to crack as the Hooligans were unable to get another past him for the duration of the first period. Peterson lashed the leather over and over, but the Hooligans would come closer when Joe Allen wristed in. Kurt Seidel canceled that out from Rosalie and it was now 4-2 when Antonio Figueroa from The Wild Card was the next Vudoos goal. The Hooligans stayed with it, on a stingy Peterson, with Hutchison from Dan Scerra, and it would be tight until the end when George "The King" Dimock capped off the scoring from Woods-Corwin in a 6-3 Vudoos win.

The Buffalo Wild Wings Man of the Match Award was won by Pete Peterson (only three goals allowed).
