Wild Card Dimock has 2G in Wild Game

The first period was all goaltenders, with Pete Peteson stoning Chuck "Chuck D" Dunster on the doorstep after making a fantastic pad save on Mike DeCou. On the other end, Dave Nguyen would have a pair of breakaway saves, first on James Woods-Corwin, the Vudoos' leading scorer, then on Ray "Ziesse's Peanut Butter Cup" Ziesse, and it would go into the second period with both teams unable to crack one of these stellar crease patrollers.

Finally we would see some goals when rookie Mike DeCou was assisted by Rich "Wozzy" Woznick before Patrick Quinn's hook for a Vudoos power play. While Quinn was in the sin bin, Will "The Wild Card" Dimock scored to level it. The Vuoods would go ahead when Gary Len whacked in from Dan Scerra, but rookie Collin Rieger would be there for the Storm when he roofed in. Now into third period, another Vudoos lead would come when Ray "Ziesse's Peanut Butter Cup" Ziesse had a dangle through some Storm Clouds then a laser, then The Wild Card did the same to increase their advantage. The Storm would get closer when Quinn atoned for his penalty from Rieger, but at 4-3 down, that would be the final in a Vudoos win.

The Buffalo Wild Wings Man of the Match was won by Will "The Wild Card" Dimock (2G).
